2013 Summer Horsemanship Camp

Saddle up for Summer Horsemanship Camp at The Stables at Le Bocage! It's all about horses and more horses, and it's about to start May 27th.  How they live! How they work! How they ride!

Accompany your child as both of you experience the wonderful world of horses at the most beautiful farm in Southwest Louisiana.

Kids five and older will learn how to ride, tack, and groom a horse.  Horsemanship Camp is a great way to build a child's self-confidence and pride as they master the discipline of riding.

Our holiday and summer camps are a great way for your child to learn the responsibilities of horsemanship while having fun and meeting new friends. We feature specially trained lesson horses selected to suit the need of every rider.

At horsemanship camp, your child will learn the fundamentals of riding with an emphasis on horse safety. They are taught responsibility and come away from their experience with self-confidence.

With our qualified staff and experienced horses, your child will be ready to jump any hurdle life throws their way.

Morning and afternoon sessions are available.

$375 for Beginner/Intermediate and $425 for Advanced ($400 current advanced customers)

Required Attire

• Hard shoe or boot with a low heel
• Long pants for riding
• Equestrian safety helmets (We will furnish helmets if you don't own one).

A deposit of one-half the cost will hold your spot in the session of your choice.
